Impacted poo - two glycerin suppositories

I’m 26 weeks pregnant and so far managed pretty well constipation until a week ago when my diet changed due to being diagnosed with GDM 😪
I am active and drink tons of water but somehow I managed to produce a monster poo which got stuck. After my morning coffee, went to the loo used my squatty potty but it was so stuck nothing helped. I pushed a little helped with fingers and try to keep calm. I finally used a glycerin suppository which other times has worked wonders. I managed to poo and felt relief but I wanted to get cleared up and avoid this same terror twice. I used a second suppository which hasn’t come out after an hour. I feel good, don’t have belly cramps but I read you’re not supposed to use two in one go 🥲. Probably the first one got dug up in monster stool and didn’t get to touch my bowel and fully dissolve.
Would you go to get checked or should I just pray tomorrow I will be touched by the grace of poop gods? I am truly terrified to be honest

Yikes, you poor thing,
Have you got some movicol/cosmocol and/or lactulose to help keep things moving from the top end?

I take a laxido per day maybe I should increase the amount to two sachets 🥹

Not what you want to hear but if it's impacted it might need to be manually dislodged (get a finger up there) if you don't do it yourself a medical Professional might have to .

I managed to dislodge it but I am just afraid it’ll happen again or there’s more that hasn’t come out. 😰

2 suppositories is the normal amount to use for impacted stool. It will be fine.
As pp said, you need to take some sort of osmotic stool softener like movicol or lactulose.
What foods have you given up?
Can you have prunes? Beans? Vegetables? Salad? Fruit?

I am taking laxido but occasionally I think I need to amp up from 1sachet to two. No prunes because of high sugar content, plenty of veggies and beans
