Just got my BFP this morning! Doesn't feel very real yet tbh. Can't quite believe it. I also have zero symptoms apart from my period being late so I was really surprised to see 2 lines! Anyone else?

@Liv6583 so on the NHS you only routinely get scans at 12 and 20 weeks if you’re a low risk pregnancy (you may need growth scans etc as you get further on), so any others you want would need to be paid for privately :)

In some areas, the midwife won’t speak to you until 8 weeks minimum, but some book in sooner, so it might be worth self referring and then at least you’ve got the ball rolling!

I’ve got absolutely no symptoms, and I didn’t with my daughter either! Maybe slightly more tired than usual, but that’s it! Some people are just lucky, so hopefully you’re one of them! Symptoms also don’t typically start until 6ish weeks so it might be a little soon for them! Don’t worry though, it’s totally normal :)

Just wondering what everyone’s symptoms are so far? I’ve had cramping today and some sharp niggles but they only last for like 1 second i need to stay off google lol. I keep going to the toilet to check 🙈

I've been cramping since before my BFP, I believe it's fairly normal! Mine are very period like but I think it's just the body adapting.
Yeah google can be our worst enemy at times - just got to ride it out and what will be will be.
Other symptoms I've had are sensitive boobs, bigger nipples :/ quite bloated and I've had to go to the loo a lot!

Ah thank you for confirming! I have booked a scan for when I'm just over 7 weeks:) so a few weeks time. Yeah I have done the self referral form now so I guess I'll just wait to hear! I spoke too soon, I've been getting cramping on and off all day like period type cramps, I hope that's normal 😬 x
