C section tomorrow - pain in right leg?

I’ve got moderate pain in my right leg - had it all night and it feels like growing pains… I’m worried it may be a blood clot but could be overreacting? It’s just worrying with the C section tomorrow. Has anyone else had this ?

Of course I am not at all medically trained, but right at the end of all my pregnancies I had awful sciatic pain ran from the buttock to my foot. Really sore, achey and tingling. Also what's common at the end stages of pregnancy is the growing baby and growing uterus pressing on nerves! You haven't got any swelling anywhere have you? Xx
