Is my vagina falling out?!

Sorry as you can tell from the title this is going to be a tmi post but....I'm worried about what's going on down there 😞
I've never had the strongest pelvic floor but a few years ago I got one of those pelvic toners where you insert a small probe and it does it for you which helped and seemed to improve things. Fast forward 3 kids, weight loss/gain, and a current pregnancy (26 weeks) and im worried about something I've noticed down there. Before I got pregnant with this current baby, I was using a pelvic toner again but it didn't seem to make much difference like it did before so I just tried the exercises the normal way which also didn't seem to make much difference and I read something about that if there's too much damage to pelvic floor muscles then simple toning exercises won't do much to help. Anyway, recently I've been noticing a sort of swollen feeling down there, and when I've been to the toilet for a poo, I've had a sort of bulging feeling down there 🤦🏻 not that anything is hanging out so to speak but from the outside in the area where my vagina is I can feel the whole area is kind of bulging (sorry not great at explaining it) do I speak to a midwife or GP about this, just keep doing pelvic exercises or is it something I need to urgently get seen to? Should also mention that area felt abit sore when I went to the toilet the other day. I'm really worried about getting a prolapse 😩

Might be a rectocele- I had a repair after vaginal delivery of twins. Came back though!
I don't worry about it and GP probably won't either- unless you're having to 'brace' if when you have a poo.

This happened to me post birth, I felt something 'bulging' and a gaping of the vaginal opening. I was convinced it was a prolapse. I went to a private women's health physio and she said actually everything is in the right place and I don't have any sort of prolapse, what I could feel was 'vaginal wall laxity' (great 😂). Do the front wall of the vagina had become weaker due to pregnancy and childbirth, she gave me some exercises to do and actually over the last couple of months it's greatly improved.

So, it could be something like that. The pressure of the pregnancy making the pelvic floor weaker. I think if it was a prolapse there's probably nothing that can be done in the pregnancy apart from your pelvic floor exercises?

Thank you for your replies, considering how hard it is to get hold of a GP I'll talk to midwife about it first and if she's no help then I'll look into a private physio.

Sorry you're experiencing this OP. I would definitely try to see a women's health physio. My GP and midwife were both a bit clueless. I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant with DS2 and had a uterine prolapse at 15 weeks (weight of the baby pushed everything down, now baby is bigger it's lifted out of my pelvis, thank god). I had assisted delivery with DS1 which put me at higher risk of prolapse, apparently! I saw a physio and she checked my pelvic floor strength and prescribed me a pelvic floor programme, which has been so helpful... she really pressed upon me the importance of looking after my pelvic floor (pretty much forever more), I've downloaded the squeezy app and I'm doing my pelvic floor exercises religiously! It's not worth the misery of further prolapse not to do them imo!

Could be vulval varicosities (like varicose veins - dilated superficial veins due to the increased pressure on pelvic vessels). I had them with both my pregnancies. Sore and a bit weird, but completely resolved post-partum both times
