The trust you are booked in with will do all your antenatal appointments. If they have multiple sites, you may have clinic in a different setting or even your GP surgery.

Hey OP. I’ve asked for mine to be split across two hospitals (the one I’ll give birth in) and another closer to my work. They said it was fine. I’m now 31+4 and been having appointments at both hospitals throughout

I moved at 8.5 months, so had antenatal appointments at one hospital and gave birth at another, it wasn't a problem I just rang the midwife department in my new area to get added to their books. People also go onto labour away from home for all kinds of reasons (eg holidays, earlybirth), and aren't expected to travel home while in labour. If you trun up at any hospital in active labour, they're not going to send you away.

Is that the same trust though? Never heard of shared care between different trusts. Yes you can move from one trust to another nearer your due date. Also people go on holiday and give birth away from home while on holiday. I’ve delivered more (uk) holiday makers babies than I care to remember! 😁. I used to work in a very touristy area.

Don’t know what you mean by same
trust lol sorry but yes I have scans at both hospitals, monitoring at both hospitals etc. Infact there’s another hospital they offered to me also so have 3 options for appointments. They said the hospital I’ll be giving birth at is so busy so if I can use the other 2 hospitals for appointments it’s better for me and them
