Help interpreting 12-week scan results?

Hi everyone, I’ve received my results from my 12-week scan and combined blood test. Do these look ok? I was a bit worried about the background risk, but it seems that the adjusted risk is the one I should be looking at, which takes into account the NT measurement, bloods and age - is that right?

How are my HCG and Papp-A? Sorry, finding it tricky to interpret those figures with no context for what’s good/not so good. Thank you if you’re able to help x

All looks good. The trisomies are obviously very low risk with those numbers. I’m not an expert but I think 0.5-2.5 is normal for the Papp and hcg. The NT needs to be under 3.5, which it is.

The background risk is based on your age (? and maybe other factors idk) but as per the adjusted figures everything looks comfortably in the normal range so the actual risk for your specific pregnancy taking all of this into account is very low, as shown.

Thank you, both. I was wondering if the HCG looked a bit low, but it sounds like it’s within normal range. I had a miscarriage in my last pregnancy and have been put on progesterone in this pregnancy so feeling a bit anxious

@HubbaNubba the midwife will probably offer to go through your results with you at your 16-week appointment if you want; mine did. I know it's not for a little while but might give you some reassurance. But honestly the risk they have given you is so low that I think there's nothing to worry about. They would have flagged any concern if they had one.

Thank you @malimoon 🙏🏼
