Pregnancy and previous LLETZ

Hello I am very early days in pregnancy (4 weeks + 1day) it was IVF.

I has LLETZ treatment in 2019. At thar time they had said one of the risks is a miscarriage.

Because this is IVF I had progesterone pessaries. However they run out on Sunday. I have to link with clinic (NHS) on Monday.

Has anyone else been in this situation? Did you continue pessaries? From what I've read elsewhere some people didn't start them to 16 weeks? Following a cervical measurement?

Any advice welcome. Thanks.

I had a lletz about 2 years sgo
pre term clinic pulled my notes and they were happy with the measurements so i required no treatment

I had lletz. Currently 18 weeks. Was given cervical scan at 16 weeks and all looked good. They're doing a follow up at 20 weeks and if that is OK then I'll be taken off of prem prevention pathway. From what I've read, it's usually only an issue it you had multiple testaments done. And even then there are lots of options to avoid premature labour.

I had lletz 7 months before getting pregnant. I told my midwife at the booking appointment and so had cervical lengths scans. All was well. The cervix naturally shortens as the pregnancy progresses, there shouldn't be a risk this early.

Thanks everyone, when I had the procedure in 2019 it felt that getting pregnant was so far off I have no memory of cervical length or anything else. I'll ask.clinic can they check my records and ask for midwife to refer me for cervical length scan. Thanks
