Big baby - normal?

Did anyone else have a big baby and all was ok?

At my 24 week growth scan our baby weighed 735g, which from what I gather is the expected weight of a 27 week. His head circumference was also 86th percentile. Wondering if this means anything is wrong or what happens if he keeps growing at this rate? Also kind of terrified about giving birth, and even more so if he is huge! 😅

I've had three huge babies and all was fine.
The last two were sections though because I'm tiny 🤣

Try not to stress over it 😊 Growth scans are also notoriously inaccurate! I was told from about 26 weeks that my DS was “off the chart” - they kept testing me for gestational diabetes. By 38 weeks they told me that he would be over 11lbs at his due date and advised induction.
I was induced (long process but straight forward with no interventions) and he was born on his due date weighing 8lb 11oz 😂 so he was on the bigger side but he wasn’t 11lbs like they kept telling me!

My first was over 90th centile on the growth scans (after being sent for them because fundal height was below the 3rd centile). Had the GTT and was fine. She was born at 8lbs at 41 weeks and came out within 10 minutes of pushing. I am very small and was worried but all was fine. Big doesn’t necessarily mean more difficult to birth and big on growth scans doesn’t necessarily mean baby will be huge!

I've had two huge babies. They're ace.
