For anyone that's ever had pgp can you recommend a belt I can use please? Have had a look on Amazon but there's soo many!

I was recommended a serola belt by a midwife and find it pretty good. It's not the most comfortable thing when I'm sat down which I think is mostly down to where it is worn than the design but if I'm on my feet a lot/walking I really feel the difference when I've not got it on.

I hated the more structured ones ( velcro) but really found the large tubular grip ones they gave me at the hospital physio ( they have a massive roll and cut you off a portion) brilliant. I could fold it where I wanted/ needed it and it wasn’t scratchy.

Oh and it was free!

Thank you both, I've ordered a Serola and one of the wider ones too. Fingers crossed one of them helps!

Hey OP! did either of the belts help you much? <3
I had to walk into town today as no transport and have royally destroyed myself as the walk was so uneven!
I'm desperately looking for something that'll help but money's a bit tight so don't want to fork out ideally if it turns out it doesn't work - Tysm in advance!! <3
