Wallpaper adhesive fumes?

I’m cleaning at a clients house and they have someone in wallpapering a couple of bedrooms.

It’s not an overpowering smell, but I’m concerned about fumes, I’ve changed all my cleaning products to none toxic, but I have no idea about wallpaper adhesive! And all the windows are locked and I can’t open them. Client not home and doesn’t know I’m pregnant either.

Any advice welcome, I won’t be going in the rooms being done.

I think you’d need to ask which one it is and Google that brand tbh as there are so many, but Solvite is not regarded as a health or environmental hazard under current legislation although it does advise not to inhale it. I think smelling it is different to inhaling it but do understand your concern. Can you leave the front door open?

I don't think wallpaper paste gives off fumes as such, just open the door if you're really worried but honestly I think you're fine.

I’m shutting the doors of the rooms I’m working in as well as the decorated/ones being decorated, as it’s two bedrooms being done. I want to ask the decorator but don’t want to have to tell anybody just yet (not even 2 months yet).

Can’t have the front door open unfortunately as it won’t stay open 🤦🏼‍♀️

You and your baby will be absolutely fine, as long as your not ingesting it, bathing in it or huffing it.
