When to get checked out

Hi all,
I'm 41 and 24 weeks pregnant with my 3rd. This is a very happy surprise baby and the gap between this pregnancy and my other is 10 years!
I've been anxious this pregnancy due to my age, high blood pressure and the baby having a 2 vessel cord umbilical cord. All tests and scans show baby's heart and kidneys are good but I am being scanned more often just to make sure baby is growing as they should.
I have suffered with recurrent UTI's this pregnancy and am currently on my third set of antibiotics to treat a really nasty one.
I woke up this morning feeling really crappy, very faint and that feeling when you've had too much to drink and everything's spinning around you.
I have rested a lot and still don't feel great. As soon as I feel unwell I panic about baby and my instincts are to go to labour and delivery to get checked out (here as soon as you hit 20 weeks, you're supposed to go there with any concerns).
I don't want to waste their time with something that probably isn't anything but I'm also worried about baby.
My question is, am I overreacting and should I calm down and wait until Monday and call my Dr or should I go and get checked out?
Thank you Smile

You have a UTI and are feeling unwell despite antibiotics, that sounds like a good reason to contact the hospital to me. Hope you feel better soon

It’s reasonable and you’re wasting no one’s time. Give them a ring x

OP if you are worrying for any reason then my suggestion is to contact EPU .
