20 week ultrasound. Sonographer pressed REALLY HARD. Lots of cramping

I had my 20 week scan yesterday ( although technically only 19 weeks)
The sonographer applied ALOTA of pressure as baby position was awkward. At one point I actually yelped. Now I'm wondering if I should have told her to completely stop. I've had really bad cramping since it yesterday. It was at 1pm and I'm still cramping and back pain today. I don't know if this is normal or to contact my midwife.
I keep thinking what if it's harmed baby or the intense pressure has causes brain damage to the baby.
Anyone any advice or thoughts?
Maybe I'm being overdramatic but it's just the intense pressure and now the pain is worrying me. I thought the US would relieve my worries but now its just created a whole new load of worries.
Am I being daft? First time mum here

Pressure is pretty normal, ultrasounds can be uncomfortable. Pressing on the outside of your stomach with the probe hasn’t injured the baby.

Cramping and back pain isn’t necessarily normal for 20 weeks though - call your midwife about that. It might be a coincidence it started after your scan. Call the midwife and let them decide if they want to see you.

Thanks I'm going to leave them a message as I definitely do think they are related as I started getting the cramping during the ultrasound and have had alot of discomfort after it which seems like a strange coincidence. I think she pressed too hard. I've had 4 scans before this and I know they apply pressure but this was alot more pressure than any of the other scans

It's totally normal
To press on hard.

The pressure won't have caused the cramps. If you're worried about the cramps get seen but the ultrasound tech didn't cause them.

I had this after one of my scans at around 13 weeks. They were pressing really hard trying to get the measurements they needed but couldn’t and later on that day I found it hard to walk as was really sore all round my stomach. It lasted a couple of days but I’m 20 weeks now and baby’s fine

I was told in both my my pregnancies that if there’s something you’re worried about, just give them a call. They’d rather check you and find there’s nothing wrong, then have you stay silent and then find out too late that there is something wrong. The ultrasound shouldn’t have caused cramping, even if she applied a lot of pressure, and wouldn’t have harmed baby at all so you should ring your midwife/maternity unit and go in to get checked x

She pressed quite hard on my 20 week scan and my belly was sore for about 24h but that's pretty normal, you will be fine.
