Scan today at 6weeks no yolk

According to last period date i am 6weeks and 5 days. i am not sure if i should be using my ovulation date instead

Had a transvaginal scan yesterday and this is what it showed.

i cannot see a yolk sac? There is a little spec on the left picture, is that the yolk?

Anything to look out for during rest of the pregnancy?

I still have not heard from midwife yet, hopefully will hear soon..
