Looking for something comfortable as I’m in the first trimester and already up a cup size and sore I will spend whatever money for comfort šŸ˜‚

I ideally want them to last for a decent amount of time. I am also planning to breastfeed, if I can, for as long as possible.

I am a 34F/34FF pre pregnancy so want to make sure they will fit going onwards, too. I was looking at the Momcozy ones but not sure what size I would be.

Any help appreciated.

Seraphine does amazing pregnancy/nursing bras.
Comfortable to wear and good quality.

The best ones I found recently were some M and S ones. I don't normally rate them for bras but honestly I'm still wearing them two years later.

For maternity I got these: www.marksandspencer.com/santoni-non-wired-plunge-nursing-bra/p/clp60376230?color=NAVYMIX#intid=pid_pg1pip31g2r5c2|prodflag_submsg-Ā£15%20per%20Bra

They are soft and multi-sized so allow for your size changing a lot. I wore them during pregnancy and for first few months of breastfeeding- they are fine around the house but not the most supportive- I now wear them at night.

Once my milk supply was stabilised and I was back on my feet and going out and about I got a few of these: www.marksandspencer.com/flexifit-non-wired-nursing-bra/p/clp60489613?color=BLACK#intid=pid_pg1pip31g2r2c1

They are really comfortable and supportive.

Also as it's M and S you can order a range of sizes online to try and then return what doesn't fit.

Don't bother getting measured for nursing bras before you give birth as you will go up several cup sizes once your milk comes in. (I made that mistake first time around). Try not to wear anything underwired whilst pregnant/breastfeeding.

I second M &S as they measure you BUT everything is artificial materials(ok now but was sweaty in Summer). John Lewis also does measuring(but you need to book in advance, M&S I booked an hour before) and has some cotton nursing bras that I am also using.

Do you really go up several sizes after breastfeeding if already large?

I’m at 38 weeks and can’t imagine coping with any bigger cup size. I was hoping it would shrink postnatally and I could wear normal clothes again.
No-one warned of this pregnancy side
effect!

I did! But maybe not everyone does!

First pregnancy I went from 36F to 38HH and back down again (but thanks to mastitis my left boob is now bigger than my right šŸ˜‚). Second time I went bigger but just wore stretchy things until I could get into a 'proper' bra again. Back to 36H and shrinking down again thank god, it's a bloody nightmare and my boobs get stuck on things šŸ˜‚
