Abdominal pain early pregnancy

Hello, I really need some advice...
On January 14 I found out I was pregnant at 11 dpo with a very faint positive test.
Yesterday and today it's confirmed on these rapid tests
For the past 3 days I've had almost constant pelvic heaviness, which feels more like discomfort than pain, but I did have to take a painkiller once, in my lower abdomen, and mostly lateralized to the right. I don't have any bleeding. My breasts hurt a lot and I often feel nauseous.
Is it normal to have this almost permanent abdominal sensation at the very beginning of pregnancy?
I have an appointment with my doctor on Monday.
Today is 13 dpo.
I don't dare say anything to my partner because I'm afraid it could be a sign of miscarriage or ectopic pregnancy... we've been trying for 9 months and this is the first time I've been pregnant.
Even though I'm 30 years old, I feel a bit confused about these symptoms...
Thanks ++++

Sorry, I can't really give medical advice on this - no way of knowing. Best thing to do is call the midwife number and ask for their advice, they should be able to advise if it's normal or not.

If it's any help, I'm 15 weeks today and I've been having a whole array of tummy feelings, aches, pains for at least 7/8 weeks now.

Are you using any pregnancy apps or pregnancy books? I have found the step by step advice really reassuring because they tell you what symptoms to expect before they arrive x

I had pain on my right hand side at about 5 weeks. I went to EPU to be sure. They did bloods and scanned me and could only see a sac as was too early, went back 2 weeks later to a little baby. Was put down to growing/stretching pain. If you're worried go and get checked.
