Cord blood flow and measuring small 29 weeks

Hi all-
I'm just going to rattle off my thoughts from info I got today from a gr9wth scan and hope it makes sense.

So I'm 29 weeks (according to my 12 week scan measurments) but if I go from LMP and ovulation tests I'm 30 weeks.

I have 3 babies who were all 4th centile but wasn't monitored etc back then.
My scan today showed that the baby was having to work very hard to get blood flow through the cord. He brain readings seemed OK just now though. She's just below 10th centile in terms of size.

Consultant said they will definitely not let me go past 37 weeks but I have another scan in 2 weeks to see what's happening then.

I'm obviously worrying here and she did say if I feel unwell or if movements change in the slightest I can't wait at all and must call them immediately.

Have anyone else experienced this? We're you induced? Did it happen before 37 weeks? I have so many thoughts going on and I'd love to here others stories- good and bad please.

X

Following because I received a similar message in my growth scan today (31 weeks). I would love to read other people’s experiences with this as I’m trying not to google too much but I’d also really like to understand what it could all mean.

Did they offer you an additional treatment/scans?
Was baby's growth ok?

My baby is just at the 10th centile.

Blood flow through the cord at 28 weeks was compromised. By 29 weeks the flow was noted as absent and baby below 10th. Had a c section and an 8 weeks neonatal journey which is tough. Have a perfectly healthy child now with no long lasting issues.
Theyonitored frequently after the 28 week scan as baby was quiet, but mine must have been really compromised from that scan as I was admitted and monitored for a few days straight away.then sent home and back every 2 days to check

Did you have a Doppler scan?

I had one and one artery in umbilical was reading low but the other had increased blood flow as a result

They have said blood flow in my cord isnt great. Baby is working extra hard to move blood through the cord or something.

Is that what you had?

I'm not sure what that is?

During the scan the woman listened to and measure the blood flow on the screen? She did this and said it was high so did the same at another bit of the cord which had to same outcome. She then checked something in baby's brain and said I was fine at the moment.

Yes that's the doppler. I had them weekly as baby measuring small, but my readings were normal. I'd think they'd keep you under close monitoring - were you told to take aspirin from 12 weeks?

The woman who did the scan said she thought I'd be scanned once or twice a week with readings she found but consultant booked me in for 2 weeks from now.

Yes- iv been on aspirin since 12 weeks.

We are at 10th too but as far as I’m aware there aren’t any concerns about the umbilical Doppler reading, and baby moves a lot so I’m hoping she’s just a bit on the smaller side. I’m being remeasured in 2 weeks and then depending on those results they will create an onward plan. It just feels like a long time to wait for reassurance at this point in pregnancy :(
