Is it worth mentioning at my first antenatal appointment if I suspect I could be carrying twins?

So I have my first antenatal appointment later today (this is my 4th pregnancy). I had a very early very positive pregnancy test, pregnancy symptom around a week after conception (before I tested), a few odd symptoms I didn't have in my previous pregnancies (implantation spotting, mild uterine cramps, ...) and a strong gut feeling about it. I know you can't know for sure until you have a scan, but is this something worth mentioning or not?

Thanks for your advice xx

I already knew it was twins at my first antenatal appointment (ivf so 7 week scan) and they didn't do much. Thinking it could be won't do much to be honest

Thanks for all your replies xx, in the end I didn't mention it, it's true it's a bit pointless and the only thing I can do is wait for a scan. I'm crossing fingers it's only one lol. I couldn't have ovulated earlier as I just had DC3... I have a maternal family history and other contributing factors, breastfeeding full time an under 6 month already increases chances by a tenfold just by itself 😵‍💫. Anyway I'll have to wait for the dating scan, it's tempting to go private but I might as well just wait a few more weeks to find out

I knew I was preganant with twins from an early 7 week scan. The first 9-10 weeks my symptoms in my single preganacy were stronger than in my twin preganacy. Told the midwife at booking appointment that I was expecting twins but it didnt change anything. It was only when the twin preganancy was confirmed at my NHS scan at 13 weeks did anything change. And was refered to a twin specialist.

I got pregnant when our 3rd was 3 months old, never had an inklink it was twins till the scan and now they are here. Nothing changed much the same as all my other pregnancies I was ill to the very end then literally after giving birth all the sickness etc went
