I'm 6 weeks.
Tbh I've been eating really uunhealthy since week 4 which really is annoying me as I ate so healthy the month we conceived. I'm worried how I'm affecting my baby.
Dinner is usually pizza or shop bought pies
I'm living off toast and crisps.
I've ate one veg since Friday which was mashed carrot.
I worried I'm going to end up having a miscarriage due to my diet.
Yesterday and today for example
I had toast , tin of chicken soup and a sandwhich for dinner. ( shop bought ingredients were horrendous)
Today I've earned a slice of toast with butter and 3 packets of salted crisps.
While I haven't had any morning sickness at all ( this is also another worry that maybe I'm going to miscarry cause of my diet ) I have serious food aversions.
The thought of eating greens I can't tolerate them. I feel like im going to be sick not because of pregnancy but because they suddenly taste disgusting. I can't even eat mash Potato anymore.
Does anyone have any lunch or breakfast ideas that are quick but reasonably healthy ? That I could maybe try and work with . I'm even finding chicken intolerable and chicken is my favourite meat

I ate whatever I wanted for both pregnancies particularly in the first trimester when I had no energy and had a lot of takeaways. Plenty women can't stomach anything during the first trimester and live off bits of toast or crackers.

The most unhealthy thing I can see from your OP is your anxiety. You're not going to cause a miscarriage by having an unhealthy diet. Not getting morning sickness is not uncommon and is nothing to be alarmed about. Try to relax and not overthink things, it'll be a very long and stressful pregnancy for you otherwise.
