Hey, I was hoping for a VBA2C (ended in a csection because of breech positioning and premature birth) and I found The VBAC Link podcast and social medias a huge help, also Pop That Mumma is great too.

I was looking at doing deep squats and rocking back and forth on all fours, if I had it to term.

Best of luck!!

I’d be interested to know this too as I’m in a similar position x

I think they've asked because the risk of uterine rupture during labour increases with each caesarean birth doesn't it? It's a very serious thing to happen and so generally people are counselled to have as few caesarean births as possible / aim for vaginal birth over caesarean births if multiple pregnancies are planned for the future. Obviously I'm speaking in general terms and people will all have their own individual risk factors affecting their decisions.

suspect they were asking whether you felt your family was complete as this might be an opener to chatting about sterilisation at the time of the section if you do end up having one. If you're planning to have more children then there's no further questions for them to ask. If your family is complete and its something you'd have considered it's a conversation that is best done in advance of the section to make sure you've had time to weigh up pros/cons asked questions etc ahead of the date.

The consultant asked me this too, albeit I had only had 1 c-section previously. She said that if I wanted more children she may advise going for a vbac because the risk goes up with each c-section that you have. The operation can become more complex due to build up of scar tissue. That said, she told me she had performed someone's 6th c-section with no issues.
There are risks involved in vbac and in having multiple c-sections. It's a fact of weighing up your individual circumstances to decide which option you want to take.
