I'm am awful cook and struggle to put ideas together in general especially now that I'm pregnant I don't know what to make for meals. Any ideas?

You obviously want to aim for a healthy balanced diet - veggies, protein, iron etc. But if you find you are struggling with nausea, it's about eating what you can stomach. I lived off plain chicken, carrot sticks, cheese and rich tea biscuits for about 3 months.

If you struggle with putting meals together, you could try hello fresh or similar.

Foods to avoid in pregnancy

Find out what food and drink you can have and what you should avoid or be careful with during pregnancy, such as some cheeses, meats, fish, eggs, nuts, caffeine and alcohol.

If you're not already, get some pregnancy vitamins. Folic acid in the first 3 months.

Other than that, it's common sense - plenty of fruit and veg, avoid processed foods where possible, try not to fry things too much. Look up the rules on what to avoid when pregnant, it's not that many things.

That said, I had insomnia exhaustion so badly in pregnancy that I mainly lived on Muller Rice and crisps.
