Just that really... at what point in your pregnancy did your morning sickness end? I'm really struggling and can't wait for this nausea to end. I have been to gp and I'm on cyclizine. But just wanting to know what it was like for others.

This was exactly me, it’s brutal you have all my sympathy. From my experience (tho we are all so different) this stretch you’re in now was the worst and then there was improvements , hang in there 💐

I found 9 weeks I felt at my worst. I’m 16 weeks and 5 days now, feeling more human. Hope it eases up soon OP!

I’m nearly 11 weeks and also on cyclizine and signed off work so know how you feel!

Do check with your doctor though because I was told 2 weeks ago that I’ve got hyperemisis gravidarum. You can still have it even though it’s just the feeling of nausea rather than constantly being sick. If you’re being continually sick you should ask for buccal tablets instead as they dissolve in your mouth and you don’t have to swallow them like the cyclizine. Sometimes swallowing the tablet can set you off, I have to mix and match a little bit.

If you have hyperemisis the usual suggestions of eating probably won’t help, just try to keep hydrated. Ice poles have been a life saver for me!

I feel better after reading some of these posts that things got a bit better after first trimester so fingers crossed. Hope you feel better soon OP!
