Anyone else feel absolutely exhausted? I have a sinus infection on top and my thyroid is overactive so that isn’t helping. I just have no appetite at all, shakes, feel really tired and just like my head is pounding. The weather isn’t helping either! :( I feel so heavy and the pelvic pain is something else. anyone else?

Yes! I am exactly the same right now. I have no energy to do anything anymore. I had a burst of energy around 32 weeks and did a lot of decluttering but now everything is becoming a challenge

How are you sleeping during the night? I find the pelvic pain even worse when turning over in bed and then I can't get back to sleep :( when you say shakes, is it from weakness or feeling cold? Sorry you're going through all this right now OP

@FairyliquidBottle so glad it’s not just me! I know what you mean, I had a new lease of life around 30 weeks and it’s all just gone😩
I’m not sleeping great either! And YES omg the pain when turning! It’s horrendous

tbh I’m not actually sure because I have the shakes yet I feel really hot😩 I have my c section booked in for a few weeks so if I’m honest I will be so relieved when LO is here!

Oh you may be coming down with something perhaps? When I get shakey it's more because I haven't eaten properly due to the reduced appetite! Pregnancy does all sorts of weird things to us doesn't it. Have you packed your hospital bag yet? Good luck for your c section!! X

When you turn over, roll onto your back then bend your knees and use your feet to push yourself all the way over, rather than straining from your waist or hips. It really takes the pressure off your back and helps massively. I also find if I massage around my hip bones, bum and tops of thighs it relieves the pressure in my pelvis a bit. Still having to flip like a pancake a few times a night though. Using my feet to turn has been a game changer.

maybe mention the shakes to your midwife? Could be diabetes related/blood sugar related?
