TTC after CP - Different symptoms?

Hi there, new here to the forum but a long time reader
I recently had a CP last month. It was our second month TTC. I tested positive at 14DPO (with symptoms galore) and then by 16DPO my symptoms disappeared, and I started to bleed. It was my first time reading about a CP.

Back story: I have very regular periods, I track my cycle on the Clue app. I feel I am very in-tune with my cycle and body.

This month, I started using OPKs to see when I would ovulate again, as I've read it could be earlier or later than usual after experiencing a CP. I got my positive OPK 3 days later than usual. We BD'd a ridiculous amount this month Apart from feeling deflated after the CP, I tried to turn this experience into knowing I CAN get pregnant and that is a wonderful thing.
My first pregnancy symptom was really, really sore breasts. To the point wearing clothing/a bra was so painful. I was also very fatigued. This all started around 5DPO and didn't "stop" until I had my CP, so it was over a week of consistent symptoms. I didn't have any cramping or pain anywhere else.

I am now currently 5DPO and for the last 2-3 days I've had bloating, some cramping and a sore back, but nothing else. I know this could also be ovulation pain, but in over 15 years I've never had ovulation pain (just nausea the day I ovulate). I am looking out for sore breasts... but am I overthinking it? I feel disheartened because I'm not feeling the same symptoms as I did when I was pregnant...

I tested a LOT last month, but I am refusing to test until AF is late by a few days this time. It was a very emotional rollercoaster.

I'd love to hear your thoughts, your stories. Did you experience different symptoms for different pregnancies?
Heidi xoxo

Every woman is different and every pregnancy is different. It's great you are very aware of the different signals your body is sending you, but best not to hyperfixate and over analyse all the things all the time.

Most of TTC and pregnancy is a waiting game. If I was in your shoes (and again, every woman is different and you'll probably get different advice from some one else) I would just take one test each morning. You're going to cause yourself so much anxiety waiting for AF to be late and you'll still be on your emotional roller coaster. Just take the test, get your answer, and then you can carry on with your day with some amount of closure.

You can pick up a box of 20 pregnancy tests on amazon for less than a tenner. That's a good exchange for piece of mind.
