I know this has probably been asked thousands of times in here but it's my first pregnancy and I'm not really sure what to expect. I'm 7+3 weeks pregnant and all my symptoms have completely vanished for 2 days now.

The symptoms I was previously having were nausea and fatigue but not to badly.

Just asking for some reassurance maybe? Or if anyone else has experienced this?

No advice (sorry). Just to say I'm in a similar place to you around 7+3. The nausea and tiredness have gone today, but breasts are still sensitive.

The guidance says symptoms come and go, but then also says look out for a sudden loss of symptoms. Which one is it?!

This happened to me in my first pregnancy, it was also accompanied by some spotting and I felt sure I had miscarried. Went for an early scan and everything was fine! It was so strange! X

I've got a scan booked for the Sunday but that sounds promising thank you

I had this with my little girl. All symptoms disappeared and I was incredibly worried. They eventually came back with a vengeance around week 10 and then eased off again.
As easy as it is for me to say, try not to worry about it. You could always contact your midwife to just check in.

Ahh it's so normal to worry isn't it? And I can't really talk about it with anyone as I've not told anyone except my partner

@Hiddenvoice thank you this has made me feel better! I know all pregnancies are different but it's strange for it to all disappear when my nausea was so strong

I didn’t have any symptoms until around 9 weeks and they seemed to go away at 11 weeks for a few days. They then came back with again at 12 weeks. I have heard lots of people on here say that it’s normal for symptoms to come and go.

Macadamiabeat · 19/10/2023 17:31

@sunshinebaby1 it is constant worry! I've only told my partner and my line manager (just in case something goes wrong) - but I don't think she wants to hear the minutiae of my symptoms.

Had the same and had a scan at 10w2d and was spot on, heartbeat racing away, arms and legs waving and dead on size for what it should be.

I figured people never talk about how little symptoms they have, you only hear bad news like people with HG, based on here the chance of a MMC is high, etc

Lsg95 · 05/11/2023 19:24

What was your outcome x

@Lsg95 the baby had a heartbeat at the scan. I've since miscarried, but I think it shows that even if you have no symptoms it doesn't mean anything is wrong x

I had absolutely no symptoms for most of my first trimester. I remember having two weeks where I felt nauseous and then it went away and absolutely nothing. I now have a healthy little girl.

It's hard to not worry about everything in pregnancy but try to relax.
