Hi all
As the title says, I'm bang on 7 weeks pregnant and so far I have had zero symptoms other than tender breasts and the cramping I experienced in the first 2 weeks is gone.
So from 3 weeks pregnant I haven't had the sharp cramping that i got during the earlier stages. I have felt the odd cramp that lasts all of seconds and goes but it is very sporadic, almost every few days I might get a couple seconds of cramp.
I have had a tiny bit of nausea which is also very sporadic.
I am taking cyclogest with the private doctor proscribed to me due to 2 previous miscarriages (1 of these was a missed one) but I didn't have any tests so not even sure it is helping at this point and I am wondering if this is causing my tender breasts. I have a scan on Wednesday but I have already written this pregnancy off in my head due to previous miscarriages (I'm still zero alcohol and caffeine) and hardly any symptoms. Anyone else experienced this and had a happy ending?Flowers

Yes, I had pretty much no symptoms in my first trimester other than tiredness and tender boobs. Very minimal cramping or anything else x

ThomasinaLivesHere · 14/10/2023 20:02

I had no symptoms early on and I’m in third trimester now

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 14/10/2023 20:03

My morning sickness didn't kick in til about 10 weeks. Try and relax and make the most of it. Congratulations xx

I had nothing in my first trimester really. Sore boobs maybe in weeks 4-5 (I was also taking cyclogest which I'm sure caused that) and I did get some very minor nausea that lasted a few days at about 9 weeks. I'm now 23w so I'd say lack of early symptoms was a blessing rather than a sign anything was wrong. Of course since I wasn't struggling with morning sickness I had far more time to obsess over the possible meaning of my lack of symptoms 🤣

LavenderSweetPea · 15/10/2023 12:53

I should add I was so anxious about it I actually bought an hcg blood test online which I took at about 9 weeks. Hcg level was totally normal so I guess I was just lucky not getting sick.

Lyla82 · 15/10/2023 12:54

I had absolutely no symptoms apart from tender breasts and cramping. I was on cyclogest too and convinced myself that the pregnancy had ended and the cyclogest was masking it, but that wasn't the case and I went on to have a successful pregnancy.
Wishing you all the best x

Aww thanks @Lyla82 I'm glad everything worked out for you! How often were your cramps? If I get any they last seconds and there are people on here saying they're cramps are daily so naturally I'm freaking out haha xx

Good luck at your scan on Wednesday OP! Keep us posted on the outcome. I'm 6.2 weeks and having no symptoms either 😩

BudgetBuster · 15/10/2023 19:35

I am currently 20 weeks. I've pretty much had no symptoms bar tiredness. I took cyclogest until about 17 weeks. I also had previous miscarriages and the lack of symptoms scared me! Good luck in your scan x

Aww bless you @Marilala it's really tough isn't it! 😞 luckily a lot of women have said they haven't had symptoms which has made me feel better, I hope it has helped you too.
Fingers crossed and lots of baby dust for the both of us ❤️ 🤞 xx

@HolliiiM If I am honest I think the cyclogest masked symptoms for me.

Hey!! Just wanted to let you know that the scan went perfectly, the baby is measuring how it should be for the number of weeks I am and I saw and heard it's little heart beat heart ❤️
I cried my eyes out! Xx

I'm about 7 and a half weeks today and for the first time in a week I don't feel exhausted and sick. I do have a pulling feeling in my abdomen, especially if I get up too quickly.

I'm a bit worried but hopefully it's normal as bodies are weird.

Where did you have your scan as I didn’t think places listened to heartbeats in the first trimester?

HolliiiM · 19/10/2023 12:53

I had mine done at a private clinic
It was called a reassurance scan

Ah must be different to the private places I looked at, I looked at quite a few and they all did visualisation of heartbeat before 12 weeks but not audio

Macadamiabeat · 19/10/2023 14:49

@HolliiiM congratulations! So rude of me when stuck in my own head 🤦🏾‍♀️

Wavescrashingonthebeach · 19/10/2023 18:56

Many congratulations and all the best for your pregnancy hope it all goes smoothly! I'm due next month it's gone fast and slow all at once!

EsC1991 · 19/10/2023 19:06

So happy for you!

HolliiiM · 19/10/2023 21:58

Aww thank you so much ladies, you're all wonderful! ❤️ It's still sinking in! I keep having to look at the scan photos and pinch myself 🤣 xxx
