Am I being ridiculous

So I have a midwife appointment booked in for tomorrow Friday the 13th and I'm planning to call up and cancel and move it to another day as I'm being very superstitious and worried (I have bad prenatal anxiety) is this ridiculous 🤦🏽‍♀️ I do feel rather silly but I know I'd be filled with worry if I went as I'm super worried about stuff at the moment. There's also another part of me like well if I cancel is it bad luck aswell 😂

PLEASE speak to the midwife and your GP about getting yourself support for your mental health. I'm glad you are going to your appointment.

OP- Yes, there were some rude comments, but people are also annoyed that you planned to cancel the day before the appointment, rather than when it was booked in! Also, you do come across as rather young 'to know bubbas ok!' Please do get some help though and best of luck with the appointment today.

Thankyou for responding , yes I'm going to bring up today I am struggling and get some support as this post has made it even more aware to me I am being rather ridiculous with my anxiety's now and it's going abit far so I guess the rudeness was kind of a good thing actually lol ( not that it's okay to be rude still) and yes I am quite young I am 21 years old but I had to grow up alot earlier due to certain things but I still am young in other peoples eyes.... I understand the anger around cancelling last minute 100% which is why I'm attending I just wish people would of maybe got that across a lot more nicer x

I can see from your responses that you're still going to the app which is definitely for the best, please speak to your midwife about this as it sounds like you could do with some extra support
