Phone Charger incident

Hi Guys,
so Wednesday night I switched off my phone charger which was plugged into the wall and took the lead out of my phone (Lightning cable) without knowing it I held the part that normally would go into your phone in my left hand between my index finger and thumb. I didn't feel anything there was no shock or no bang or flash or anything like that. I let go of it when I realised how I was holding it and then I felt a tingling pain slowly going through my finger into the palm of my hand. I thought my arm was a bit tingly afterwards but this could of been me panicking and imagining stuff. I rang my GP straight away the next morning and she basically laughed at me on the phone saying everything is alright and that baby wouldn't even feel this. for the next two days after my arm felt weird same as above I don't know if it actually felt weird or was it my mind playing tricks on me. since then I've been extremely worried about baby (I'm 30 weeks pregnant). I have an appointment in 2 days which is the reason I'm not going in today. Since then I haven't been sleeping properly I've been vomiting due to stress or something and I cant eat right . has anyone else gone through this and baby was ok? I'm just worried I caused her to have a heart problem now or brain damage or something ill never forgive myself. Any advise is welcome.
