I am getting induced tomorrow for worsening anxiety that landed me in hospital in March and I am really struggling

I have my own anxieties around birth (namely me or the baby dying) but then I also keep seeing horror stories about 5 day inductions and the risk of intervention etc. I have a 6 year old at home and I don't cope being away from her for very long especially when my anxiety is bad like this.

My first labour was natural and quite fast (5 hours from first twinge to baby) so I am hoping this one will be?

So if you have been induced before especially if its 2nd+ baby, how did it go?

I was induced with my second, firstly with the balloon induction but that didn't really do much (dilated to 3cm but no contractions) so then they broke my waters, waited an hour or so nothing so then put me on the drip. Within about 10 mins I would say my contractions started I managed the pain with gas and air and then after 30/40 mins the midwife turned the drip off as my body was doing it alone!
The drip went on at 3.30am and I had my LG at 7.12am which I thought was amazing as the labour with my first was 40 hours!!!
I was so anxious like you, but I found that when my anxiety felt overbearing I just took really deep breaths, reminded myself I was in the best place and tried to remain as positive as possible. Good luck!! You've got this!
