Currently 9+5 and when I say I am struggling with going to toilet....the pain is REAL.
I used to eat very healthy and exercise but for past few weeks I've had no energy and been so nauseus all I've been able to stomach is plain beige carbs in various forms (bread, toast, crumpets, bagels, crackers, biscuits). All of which contain pretty much no fibre so what did I expect!?
Has anyone got any tips to get things moving? I've been trying to encorporate a smoothie in the day so I can cram some fruit in but even those are hard to stomach. Used fybogel couple of weeks ago and it made me throw up do want to stay away from that.
I feel so miserable and not myself and the added discomfort of being constipated is making me feel worse :(

I have been in a very similar situation over the last few months and honestly I've found one bowl of bran flakes a day solves it! If I don't have them for a few days it comes back..

And thankfully bran flakes fit in the 'bland beige' category for sickness!

I actually like bran flakes I'll give them ago! I tried muesli this week but think it was a bit too adventurous as I ended up throwing it straight back up. Bran flakes are much more beige and boring!
