Nuchal fold thickness

Hi 💞
I am currently 26 weeks pregnant and I'm 32 years of age.
I had my anatomy scan at 21 weeks and the sonographer told me everything was normal.
However I went through my chart and read my baby's measurements and I noticed the nuchal fold thickness was at 5.8mm. Is this something to worry about?
I read that 6mm or above is something to worry about. Is 5.8mm very close to 6mm?
I wad already a bit worried that the head circumference was at 25th percentile.
Humorous was 50th percentile and femur was 77th.
The sonographer didn't say anything was wrong so should I just accept that?
Thanks a million in advance
Xx

They only measure the nuchal fold as a risk factor for chromosomal disorders between 11 weeks and 13 weeks 6 days. Before and after that time, it is not an indicator. That is why if you don't have your first scan before 13w6d then you are offered other tests.

As above there’s a cut off point for nuchal fold measurements which is done at your dating scan.

This isn’t true, you’re referring to nuchal translucency. Nuchal fold if measuring as >6mm between weeks 14 to 24 is a soft marker for abnormalities.

having said this, 5.8mm is normal range and if there was a concern the sonographer/midwife would’ve said surely? I’m sure all is fine :)
