Formula to hand just in case?

Is it sensible to have some formula to hand just in case you cannot/struggle to breastfeed or should I just buy it when and if we need it?

I was 100% committed to breastfeeding and knew I definitely wanted to do it, and knew I could after doing it for 2.5 years with my first, but I still packed pre-made formula bottles both times, just in case. Theres nothing wrong with formula if needed, and by having the ready made bottles there just in case you need them, then it’s one less thing to worry about.
