Hyperemesis in first two successful pregnancies but nothing in this one - miscarriage expected?

Hi all
I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant with an IVF pregnancy. This was a PGT-A test embryo. I have had countless chemical pregnancies over the past 8 years, one missed miscarriage and an ectopic. I'm 40 years old.
I'm really worried that my lack of symptoms suggest I'll miscarry again.
I had hyperemesis from the get-go with my two successful pregnancies but absolutely nothing with this one.
I paid for private blood tests which showed HCG was increasing but not quite doubling in 24 hours ( tested at 5 weeks 1 day on the Monday 4pm @ 2223 and again on Thursday at 9am @ 5924)
I went for a private scan at 6 weeks 1 day where I saw a sac, with flickering fetal pole.
However, yesterday I had a small amount on pink/red streaked discharge.
I've been cramping on and off for over a week.
My biggest concern is the lack of sickness/bloating/sore boobs, so I guess I'm looking for reassuring stories from people who may have a similar history to me!

Hi I have never had hyperemesis but I only had really bad morning sickness in 2 out of 5 of my pregnancies with my second, third and fourth pregnancy I didn't have any symptoms at all so try not to worry easier said than done I know x

My first two pregnancies, the HG kicked in at 4 weeks and 6 weeks. The first pregnancy was a MC at 13 weeks.
The third one, I thought I'd dodged it but it kicked in at 8 weeks and lasted throughout the rest of the pregnancy right up to labour (which resulted in a beautiful DC).
From my own experience, not all HG pregnancies are viable and not all pregnancies with no sickness are unviable. So I wouldn't worry at this stage until you get clear signs of a MC, but I would try not to get too invested until 12-16 weeks either.

I have had 4 miscarriages, my third pregnancy I had HG really bad and unfortunately miscarried at 12 weeks. I am now pregnant again (22 weeks) and by a miracle I haven’t had HG on this pregnancy.
this pregnancy I had a lot of cramping and bleeding early on, but luckily all was okay. So a very different pregnancy to my last one. It’s cliche I know but all pregnancies are different, and as long as your bleeding doesn’t get heavier/worse you could carry on a normal healthy pregnancy. I bled a lot at the start of this one and was told it was normal. Best of luck and congratulations xx

I shared the same worries. Have had HG in all my pregnancies, including my two kids and my early and later losses at 15+ weeks, so logically I know that I can be puking and it still not be a healthy pregnancy. But in this pregnancy (I’m 10 weeks) while I had constant nausea, I’d limited vomiting and it scared me. I know I’m not out of the woods yet but I’ve had an early scan with heartbeat and things seem to be going ok so far. Sickness sadly kicked up a level two weeks ago - sick a few times a day - but still nowhere near as bad as I’ve been previously.
So sending hugs and hope for the bump, and for sickness staying away!
