Had a early scan now I’m scared

Hiya all I had my scan yesterday now I’m terrified, I was 5 weeks 2 days they saw the gestation sac and yolk sac but no embryo and said they don’t know if the pregnancy just didn’t progress or that it’s to early. They re booked me for a week time at 6 weeks 2 days. Has anyone had this before I’m trying to stay positive 😢xx

Another one here - only a gestational sac at 5 weeks. A week later there was a fetal pole. I had then had another scan I think 2/3 weeks later and there was my little bean with a heartbeat 💙
