How often should a 22 + 1 day baby move?

I’m finding a lot of conflicting advice on the internet. How often does a 22 + 1 old baby move?
For context I have felt lots of movement from around 20 weeks. I have an anterior placenta so I know this can affect it. However we went on a big walk, activity day with the scouts yesterday from 8am-10pm and i didn’t feel any movement which I thought is normal as I have been quite busy today.
I got home and thought maybe now I’m relaxed, she will move more but she didn’t move at all. However I felt a little flutter this morning which has relieved me. I had a clump of clear snot/phelgm like discharge late last night. I instantly thought that looks like my mucus plug as it was so thick and jelly like but again I wasn’t overly worried as I’m 22 +1 weeks so it’s very early plus i have no pains or anything and I feel fine. I have felt the odd flutter this morning but nothing like I usually feel and I guess I’m just being a worry wart! I was going to book in for a private scan rather than ring the hospital and wait around, plus they wouldn’t do a scan anyway if I remember correctly from my last pregnancy 7 years ago, they normally just listen to the heartbeat . Also I don’t want to seem like I’m wasting their time if everything is fine. What would you do, have you been in a similar situation ?

Give the hospital a ring however they may not see you yet, the trust I was under don't seem to worry if you're before 24 weeks.

Yeah that’s what I thought, I don’t really want to waste their time. I have noticed a little pattern of her moving during the evening more than the day so I think that’s what has worried me. Does it vary a lot this early do you think?

At 22 weeks I had a few days of no/low movement every week. My 5 week old son is fine. :-) I think they are so small at that stage that they can get into positions inside you where you can’t feel the kicks. I had a posterior placenta. Nothing wrong with ringing / booking scan for reassurance though.

@Jojobear18

I'm 19 weeks and I have an anterior placenta as well so know the feeling , I have some days where I can feel him move & some days I don't . I'm so busy in the day too and I don't feel him move as much but I feel him more in the evening , I have some days like 3 days where I don't feel him and then I do , cause we have an anterior placenta we don't feel much . Hopefully you will start feeling more movements soon, when I had my last pregnancy I had the same anterior placenta again with my daughter I didn't feel her move until 24 weeks . I honestly feel how your feeling too and just want to feel movements and kicks . I was told at my scan I would feel them more on the side then at the front . Xx

There’s no set amount, at that stage babies are still small enough that you won’t always feel them. They ask you to start monitoring movements from 28 weeks, even then there’s not certain amount they should move, just a similar amount of movements every day.
