3+6 symptoms, twins??

I've been having symptoms since 8DPO including mild cramping on and off (I assume implantation) I got my BFP on 11DPO including a high sensitivity and low sensitivity positive, pic attached. Currently 13DPO. I wondered if anyone had symptoms this early, my mouth is so dry all the time (not dehydrated) and I have mild backache, breast tenderness, extreme bloating and my appetite is so ramped up! I am wondering if it's twins but think I'm being irrational (hormones, eh!)

Please can you tell me your experiences to settle my crazy brain.

@PineappleK yes this is my first time experiencing it. My other pregnancies I didn't have dry mouth.. haha bless ya.. yeah your breast defo so get bigger. Before I had my 1st I was a c cup now I'm an e 🫣🫣.

I didn't use sports bras during any of ny pregnancies. It was only after I jad my children I went to maternity bras.

PineappleK · 25/06/2023 17:01

@jadey1991 wow, that's quite a jump in size! My current bras are ok but they hurt putting on/taking off so don't think they are going to give me the support I need. I usual free-boob around the house but holding onto them for dear life going up/down the stairs, DH is looking at me like I'm insane!

I bet you are so excited for December, a beautiful little Christmas baby! 💕

@PineappleK defo a big jump lol. Haha bless ya. I'm the same holding onto them for dear life.

Yes I am super excited. Baby is due 13th dec but I reckon I'll have baby 2 weeks before hand. I'm actually planning on having a c section this time round. My pregnancy is classed as high risk. This pregnancy was a shock lol

My son will be almost 2 by the time baby comes is the 15th dec.

@jadey1991 wishing you all the best, it mustn't be easy for you, especially with a young one too. Will you find out the sex in advance or leave it as a suprise? I want a surprise but think DH will want to know. I think it's a boy already though!

Thanks lovely 😍 you too..
To be honest I have a feeling I'm having a boy pretty sure I saw a winky at my 12 week scan.
I want to have a gender reveal this time round. So im leaving DH to deal with that. I have 2 girls and 1 boy already. To be fair ill be happy with a boy or girl

@PineappleK how are you getting on xx

PineappleK · 04/07/2023 11:23

@CR7 thank you for asking, my mouth is almost normal now, barely dry at all. My breasts hurt so much, I now live in maternity bras. Trying to take each day as it comes. Booking appointment not due till 3rd August, will be 9+4 by then so feels like a long time to wait!

So glad you're doing well xx if you really can't wait you could always go for a private scan to get a snapshot of where you're up to as they are unlikely to give you a scan at your booking appt at 9+4. I went for one and it gave me peace of mind xx

jadey1991 · 04/07/2023 11:32

@PineappleK so glad your feeling well know hun. Like others have said you won't get a scan at booking appointment. That's just to take bloods and go through paperwork for your folder.. if you want reassurance I would recommend a private scan. I did with my one. So glad I did xx

I had very strong symptoms with both my pregnancies from very early. The first especially, vomiting multiple times a day from 7dpo. They weren't twins, but both were girls, which I think symptoms tend to be stronger with.

PineappleK · 04/07/2023 12:19

Thank you ladies, I should have mentioned I have my 12 week scan booked too, I'll be just over 13 weeks when I have that done so still toying with the idea of an early scan. At the moment I feel really calm about my pregnancy but if I become anxious I'll book an early one.

@IJustHadToLookHavingReadTheBook I've heard that too but still feel like it's a boy! Don't know why though, just a gut feeling. I threw up on Saturday, constantly craving carbs and hungry ALL the time! Whoever said you'll get loss of appetite? I've gained so much weight already 😂

@PineappleK hey hun just dropping in to see how it's going x

PineappleK · 12/07/2023 18:00

@jadey1991 so so much better thank you, my dry mouth went after a week or two and is normal now, breasts are hurting more and more each day but have started to look different now! I'm 6 weeks now and I hear loads of women don't even feel pregnant at this point because of no symptoms and I just think how is that even possible! I am napping most afternoons (cannot keep awake), my breasts hurt like never before and my appetite has completely changed. Despite it all, still enjoying pregnancy so far. How are you getting on?
