I'm pregnant. What do I do now?

Hi amazing mums, I just found out a couple days ago that I'm pregnant (accidentally). I'm 19 years old and just finished first year of online uni with 2 years left to go. I have been thinking endlessly what to do, whether to keep or not to keep the baby. In my heart, getting an abortion doesn't feel like something I could do but then again am I in a great position to be having a baby? My partner is completely fine with any decision (keep or not keep) and we have both sat down and really laid out the pros and cons of each choice. Housing and money is top of my concerns but in my circumstance, housing for me and my partner will be rent-free and there for us to move in if we decide to keep. Money, he has offered to work full-time in order to provide for us both if it comes to it so I really do think its a case of money concerns as babies can be expensive as well as an age factor. There are pros and cons to being a young mum and if any of you have similar experiences, please share! I'm in need of a hand hold and I really don't know what to do about the situation because me and my partner are the only people who know, and I have no idea how my parents would react.

Firstly, if you're not already then get some folic acid and vitamin D (many pregnancy vitamins will include these but these are the key ones).
Check the NHS pregnancy website for things to avoid but the key ones are no alcohol, smoking, vaping or drugs.

Secondly, if you're unsure about the right thing to do you can get a free counselling appointment though Marie Stopes and BPAS. I would also suggest you contact the University counselling service/student support services.

How far gone are you? How long have you been with your partner - is he a student too?

Thank you for sharing. Offering my hand for the hand hold.

There are lots of things to consider and it sounds like you’re weighing everything up in your mind at the moment.

Tune into yourself as often as you can to keep in touch with yourself - breathing exercises, mindfulness, meditation, yoga, a walk in nature, art, whatever works to get your present in your body in the present moment.

Okay, thank you so much i'll definitely get some vitamins of some sort. I'm just so stressed like every waking moment i'll spend thinking about what to do & telling my parents as well it's nerve wrecking. I only found out I was pregnant on Wednesday but before that I was having back pain, lower tummy cramping/stretching sort of pains so I knew something wasn't right. My partner is also a student yes and we've only been together for about 5 months so not long at all but when you know you just know.

Thank you so much! Such a stressful time but I will try and relax my mind by doing those things <3
