Currently pregnant but previous miscarriages

So I'm currently 4 weeks pregnant (just found out) but I've had few miscarriages and ectopic pregnancy. My anxiety is sky high as in worried that every pain and twinge is a start of a miss carriage. Can anyone give me advice to keep this pregnancy safe and not end up in a miscarriage 😔

@MummyTo4BoysXXXX had a phone call today from the EPU that my HCG has only risen by 100 from last Thursday to Saturday. So I've gotta have a scan on Wednesday again to see what's going on, but I've lost all my pregnancy symptoms too :( so I don't think it's going to be good news xx

@Jenks27 hoping it isn't bad news for you 🙏🤞 & its normal for symptoms to come & go in pregnancy you know hun try not too loose hope just yet & let me know on wednesday how your scan goes, will be thinking of you in the meantime! 💕

@MummyTo4BoysXXXX unfortunately the pregnancy has ended in a miscarriage 😭 finally refering me to the recurring miscarriages clinic however it's a year and a half wait 😫

@Jenks27 just read your latest update, I'm so sorry. You should try getting in touch with Tommy's, my Dr suggested I check them out.
