6 weeks and no symptoms

I’m 6+3 and in my last pregnancy I had hg that started bang on 6 weeks and lasted until my son was born. Apart from a missed period and feeling exhausted I have no other symptoms. The last time I had this I went on to have a mmc. I’m just concerned this will happen again. The cycle before I fell pregnant I had a chemical and I can’t relax now knowing that I’m not feeling overly sick at all. Has anyone had hg previously and then had a healthy pregnancy with no symptoms?
I’m so paranoid something is wrong but I equally do not want an early scan. I had one at 8 weeks and then I went on to have my mmc.

Oh the sickness is the worst! I couldn’t keep anything down yesterday and I’ve had to switch sickness medication because my first lot were useless 🤦🏼‍♀️ I regret moaning too! I’ve been signed off work the last couple of weeks. Being sick and a mummy is so hard!

I’ve not had hg, but I have had a healthy pregnancy with zero symptoms.

Also, I have heard that some ladies suffer quite badly when carrying a boy but have no symptoms when carrying a girl. Could be an old wives tale!

Hiya @FoodFann my first was a boy and I had hg all the way through. I was even throwing up in labor and just before my c section!
I did ask my mum whether her symptoms were different from carrying me and my brothers. The only thing different she said was the cravings so who knows!
