I m 28 weeks now, I had plans to work until 38w or I get my CS scheduled as mine is desktop job.
However things at office are overwhelming somedays I feel so exhausted looking after toddler, office work and everything!!

DH takes care of DD almost all the time he is at home but still kgs huge on me when he goes to office and my office stress is getting worse!!
I m also worried does highly stressed and resting enough affect baby?

To be honest having been in your position, I’d be asking about reasonable adjustments. Is there anything you can think of that would reduce stress/give more opportunity to rest? Would home working be helpful? If there no other option, would going on leave earlier be possible?

I went on leave at 33 weeks due to work related stress, don’t regret it for a second. You need to do what’s right for you.

You can always stop working and go on mat leave if you want, or take some vacation if you have some. However, someone offered me some good advice when I was struggling with bad work stress near the end of my last pregnancy: if you can't do anything about it and don't feel like stopping early is right for you, quit worrying about the impact on your pregnancy because worrying won't make a difference to the baby. Honestly, I reckon you are the party that is much, much more affected by it. I did some reading into it and it seemed that the studies on stress were used data from woman who were pregnant in Holland whilst it was being bombed in the second world war. While there were negative effects, that is a level of stress is probably higher than what your office generates, and there may be a lot of additional factors at play in those the circumstances in the study.

I have a toddler and am pregnant now, too. It is SO hard. Cut yourself some slack, do your best, take some vacation days and change up work if you can or want to, but otherwise, just put your worry about it to rest.
