Dr says I have impetigo? Pic attached

Has anyone had this in pregnancy and does this look like it?? I was shocked as thought it was just pregnancy acne??

Shingles is painful and unsightly but otherwise just an annoyance UNLESS you are pregnant or it affects your eye. Given what you’ve said I’d go back tomorrow morning.

If it's definitely safe to use in pregnancy I'd give it a go. You've got nothing to lose surely?
