What is this on ultrasound?

Hi everyone, so I had an 11 week scan this week and while the two women doing the scan pointed out the brain, legs etc there is something on the ultrasound picture that's puzzling me. I've tried googling ultrasound pictures but I can't find a single one that shows this. At the bottom It's white and goes straight down with what looks like a knob on the end. I did think maybe it was part of the spine but again I can't find any spinal pictures that match what I'm seeing. It doesn't help that baby was in a different position to the majority of ultrasound pictures out there. I was just looking for other people's opinion on it.

Wow. I wasn't expecting what this has turned into. First off a big thank you to everyone who has commented defending me and my thread. I appreciate it. 1. I was not complaining about the sonographers (they were professional and lovely!). 2. I am not obese. I had my BMI calculated at my antenatal appointment to see if I needed to be checked for gestational diabetes as standard and I do not....because I am not obese. 3. Your attitude towards people who are obese/severly overweight is disagraceful. You are supposed to be a medical professional. Try acting like one! 4. Baby was in a position which made the ultrasound difficult. Not weight related. I did hint at this saying the baby was in a different position to the majority of ultrasounds out there. The first person who replied to my thread clearly saw that, strange how you didn't!

Here is my 12 week scan. Anyone can guess what is the gender of the baby. I can't figure out but anxious to know.

Looks like a boy to me. I think I could see two tiny little balls 🩵 I'm not a Sonographer though
