Just wondered if anyone has similar experience. I recently had some bleeding and pink creamy discharge on couple of occasions but only when constipated and trying to strain in toilet. Once it was quite a bit with urine when on toilet then just little bit on pad. Now it happens only when straining and it's like pinkish, maroon creamy drops down the toilet. I'm on daily aspirin due to age and thought that may caused my cervix to be more sensitive, will definitely follow up with consultant as I have appointment in couple of weeks. This only started to happen after 20 weeks. Otherwise all seems fine, baby is moving like crazy and my bump getting really big. Did anyone have anything similar happening ?

I’ve had lots of spotting this pregnancy, I’m also on aspirin and have ectropion cells on my cervix which causes bleeding when irritated! Maybe it’s that? I wouldn’t worry too much I’m 38 weeks now and baby is all good xx

@Sprinklerainbows Before getting pregnant I could feel some bumps on my cervix, like Nabothian cysts or polyps, but had no pain or bleeding, no problem during intercourse either. I was due cervical screening but got pregnant so now have to wait. Maybe it's them bursting, bleeding. I don't get spotting with sex though just when straining, I guess aspirin may have something to do with it, as its blood thinner. Anyway, will find out soon.

Bumpy bits on the cervix is what I have with the cervical ectropion. Deffo sounds like that it’s common for them to develop/ get worse during pregnancy due to the increase blood volume etc (added to the aspirin). If a midwife can have a look they’ll be able to diagnose it with a quick VE. Try not to worry unless you have less movements and heavy bleeding xx

@Sprinklerainbows thanks, looks like it may be same thing then. Will follow up with consultant, for now trying not to get constipated, easier said than done lol
