i find cream cakes quit helpful, nice baths and seeing friends, what helps you?
Just seem to be more emotional 2nd time round

tea, toast, marmite, baths, books, dogs, knitting and 'who dunnits' stored on sky +. Oh cripes, I sound about 78!

speaking to my mum helps(most of the time)also swimming, went today and feel a bit better, more positive.

I agree with you minkus re sleep, i really enjoy having a nap when ds has a nap

baths and everyone running around after me being lovely. Making lists so things are in order... and... really trashy dvds like 'who killed john tucker'.

Everyone running around after me sounds nice, dh is doing a pretty good job really & ds is in trainning!

Some trashy dvd's sound good too and also massage especially on my feet

Chocolate, horlicks, toast with marmite, a nice bath and a cup of tea. In that order normally.

Oh and making DD giggle, that always cheers me up.
