I have name changed as I am a reg mumsnetter with rl friends on here and we want to tell family first that I am expecting our third baby

Anyway with my first two dc I felt rubbish very pregnant and sick from the word go.

But I am nine weeks tomnorrow and feel basically fine which is worrying me.

I had a 6 week scan as I was bleeding prior to the scan and there was a heartbeat (that was 3 weeks ago).

I am prob being stupid but I am concerned.

Both my children are the same sex so maybt this is a diff sexed child? (I know thats silly thinking but I am trying to be positive )

Congratulations!

A good friend of mine has 4 children, 2 boys followed by a girl then another ds. She was horribly sick too with the first three but not with their final ds- agree that it is odd though, you'd have expected them to be more similar!

The first trimester is always horrid isn't it, so many worries. I hope you feel a bit more settled soon though, 12 week scan not too far off. Sorry I can't be more helpful!

congrats on being preg with 3rd!
I am too having already had two girls.

With dd1 I couldn't get my head out of toilet for months and was sick every day from 8am - 10pm some days

dd2 was indegestion - not heart burn just burping on everyone all the time - not even a hint of morning sickenss and yet another girl

this one - nothing, nada, been sick on couple of occassions but mainly due to bugs going about/ slight indegestion but thats remained since dd2

maybe you're just being lucky this time and something is giving your body a break so you can cope with existing kids without sickness/fatigue etc - remember to take it easy though
xx
