Early scan twins - cramping

I had an early scan last week and was dated around 5 weeks 6 days. Sonographer saw 2 gestational sacs and 2 yolk sacs but not yet any fetal poles. She reassured us this might be because it’s early still. We are due to go back in 2 days and I should be around 6 weeks 6 days. Today i’ve had some cramping on and off - nothing major and no bleeding at all. I got a sudden very sharp pain which lasted a few seconds and now I’m worried! Anyone have any positive stories!?

Hi all, had scan today and the smaller twin has caught up and they’re both now measuring the same - 8w1d. Still can’t believe it and will be nervous forever more! All I can do is look after myself as best I can - nothing else is in our control! X
