DP sore after sex - 28 weeks

Mamma2bee · 27/03/2023 19:33

I’m 28 weeks pregnant and my partner finds his penis is sore after we have sex now. I know the vagina gets more acidic in pregnancy but it’s like I’m burning him. He also said I feel smaller. Anyone else have this issue? We’ve been having sex about 1-2 times a day and he’s noticed it over the last few days

Morningcoffeeview I can’t decide if you’re trying to be funny, a troll or aren’t getting any

It's a fair question. WFH ?

Anycolouryoulike · 27/03/2023 20:44

Try the sex board. They love this stuff over there.

3-4 times a day?! I don't think I have time to do anything 3-4 times a day.. other than eat...

Louisetopaz21 · 27/03/2023 21:03

To be fair me and dh have sex at least twice a day so do not think this is out of the ordinary. Just saying like and we both work full time ha ha 😂

Tell him if he does it right the first time he won't need to keep going in and damaging his chopper 🚁

OrangepussynamedDeedre · 27/03/2023 21:43

He’s got thrush. As have you, probably.

WhatWhereWhenHowWhy · 28/03/2023 06:24

Personally I'd say thrush also, or perhaps get yourselves checked for STIs again to be safe?

Wear a condom in the meantime? Or take a little break to let it heal, if you're constantly at it then his penis won't heal, it may even just be friction as some said! My DH used to get this when we were young and had sex 1/2 times a day (I'm talking much younger like 17/18!)

Also, wow! That's a lot of sex, genuinely how the heck do you fit that in around work and how will things work when baby is here and it's not parental leave time/plus you'll be healing.

😂Glad it’s not just me!

GoodChat · 28/03/2023 06:32

OP I'll give you a serious answer - probably naively. It's common to be drier down there when you're pregnant. Try lube.

NotAnotherBathBomb · 28/03/2023 14:18

Mamma2bee · 27/03/2023 19:52

Jesus Christ no we are not thank you very much. I’m earning £50k+ a year with a very good job thank you very much.

😂😂😂

gamerchick · 28/03/2023 14:21

Lube was my first thought tbh. If it's thrush ite easily treated.

Acrylicpainter · 28/03/2023 16:46

Slap some natural yoghurt on him.

ItsBeginningToScabOverNow · 28/03/2023 16:49

Penile chaffing can be very common with a twin pregnancy.

Any kind of genital discomfort needs checking out, especially during pregnancy.

Blondie1024 · 29/03/2023 07:11

Or failing that some mayonnaise 😆
