Any advice for PGP?

I think I might have PGP, I'm 24 weeks with my second and in a lot of pain when I'm walking in my pelvis, quite low down sort of in between my pubic area and thighs. I'm having to waddle like I'm full term, I'm really uncomfortable, it's more like a ache/strain pain but when I'm sat or led down I'm totally fine.

Does this sound like PGP?

I'm not seeing my midwife for another 4 weeks so does anyone have any advice/tips on things that can help in the meantime? I went for a 15 minute gentle walk this morning thinking it would help and it's just made things worse.

A Serola support belt (expensive but worth its weight in gold!) did wonders for me. Was recommended by my chiropractor as the best belt to specifically help with PGP and not just pregnancy back pain etc. Midwives were no help other than to just say "get a belt" as wait for NHS physio would've been longer than the remainder of my pregnancy! If you can afford it or have health insurance through work, see a private physio/osteo/chiro for a few sessions to see if it helps.

Thank you so much I'm going to order one today

If you can afford it see a physio or osteopath asap (or call midwife for referral). Look up pelvic partnership online. Early intervention makes a difference!
