1/6 chance of Down syndrome baby

So I agreed to the combined tests at my 12 week scan on Friday and I've had the dreaded phone call today saying I'm high risk for having a Down syndrome baby with a 1/6 chance.
I've agreed to have a NIPT tomorrow and i am dreading the wait for the results.
Should I be worried?

So my first bloods were 1 in 6 chances which was like 80% baby doesn’t have it then 20% baby has. If yours is 1 in 16 that’s a very good chance baby hasn’t. Now I don’t know what my % is after having my NIPT test will find out tomorrow
