when you say you've not felt anything have you had no tummy sensations at all -anything like wind, cramp, a big dinner going down?

with ds I felt flutterings at 17 weeks but this time I didn't feel anything until about 22/23 weeks. If all was ok with the scan I'm sure you are fine but could alway call your midwife to put your mind at ease

Don't worry, it's not unusual for a first timer! If you have a bath and relax for a good 30 mins you might feel some flutterings. It doesn't feel like anything else you've felt before, so it is hard to tell.

Good luck, when you're 42 weeks with an elbow in your back you'll remeber these days fondly!

at first it just felt like wind or popping bubbles. then it changed to feeling like all the weight in your shopping bag was moving about or like I had really bad butterflies in my stomach. Now I get very soft poking sensations.

But as connor says call your midwife - and if your scan was ok that should be reassuring- and everyone feels things differently - I have only really started feeling strongly in the last week or so (I'm 21 plus 3 now)

It's perfectly fine, basically you start feeling things when your uterus wall meets your abdominal wall, and yours may not be there yet, so nothing to worry about really.
Also depending on where your placenta is it may be muffling any movements for a while yet.

I really worried about this with my second pregnancy, I'm sure I was around 26 weeks before I started to feel anything properly. But I think was I was remembering was the last few months with my first when he battered me to bits - I think it's perfectly normal at your stage. Also, it depends what you do all day - my first job was behind a desk so had all the time in the world to concentrate on the bump. When I was running round after a toddler the baby hardly got a look in!
