Brisk walking- can this cause rupture of membranes?

I'm 32 weeks and still doing a brisk walk on the treadmill, not running but feel pressure on my bladder which is abit uncomfortable but want to keep fitness as long as possible.

After I did a workout I noticed dampness in my underwear... could this be waters?? Should I stop exercising in this way?

I've had prelabour rupture before at 38 weeks in last pregnancy but then I heard a pop followed by a gush of water so very obvious

If you think it’s waters you need to get checked out asap as there is a risk of infection if left longer than 24hours.

Its more likely that the pressure has caused either urine or discharge to leak out.

Exercise during pregnancy is good, but if you are feeling discomfort I would lessen the amount you are doing.

Thanks so much for your response.
Yes I know the infection risk as it happened to me at 38 weeks last time. I have now calmed down and fairly sure it's discharge but have a pad in to keep an eye. I guess I'm afraid of it as I was having a nice relaxed pregnancy last time until my waters went suddenly and the end of pregnancy I imagined all went out of control and we had a baby less than 2 days later. Obv at 32 weeks I would be concerned for prematurity of the baby.
Yes I know exercise is good. Not discomfort but pressure and the strong feeling that I need to pee even though I've peed just before starting....which I can tolerate as I feel so much better mentally and physically after a workout which is a brisk 5mph walk at this point
